As I made my way to the buffet table, I couldn’t help but notice the absence of green onions for the egg drop soup. Despite this small disappointment, the soup itself had a good taste, earning it an 8/10 rating.

A Variety of Dishes

As I explored the buffet, I came across coconut shrimp that stood out from what I’ve had at other buffets. It wasn’t as sweet as usual, which was a pleasant surprise, earning it a 9/10 rating. The green beans were cooked well, but I felt they lacked the garlic flavor I was hoping for, giving them a 7/10 rating. The mushrooms and chicken in brown sauce had good flavor, but unfortunately, the chicken was missing. It was disappointing to see only two small pieces of chicken during my two trips to the buffet table. However, the brown sauce itself was amazing, earning this dish an 8/10 rating.

However, my excitement was short-lived when I discovered a long hair wrapped around the last piece. Considering the busy time, it would have been beneficial to have more sushi prep cooks available. Kudos to the lone prep cook for trying to keep up.
